A useful event gallery starts with a clear brief. Before your Atlanta conference, networking gathering or company celebration, decide what the photographs need to communicate. The goal might be an internal recap, a website update, speaker coverage or images for your company’s social channels.

Start with the intended use.

Tell me where the images will appear and who will use them. A website banner may need space for text; a social post may need a tighter composition. If partners, sponsors or outside organizations need photographs, include that in the discussion so image usage can be clarified before booking.

Share the schedule and the must-have moments.

Provide the agenda, venue address, access instructions and the name of an on-site contact. Mark the moments that cannot be repeated: a keynote, award presentation, ribbon cutting or group photograph. If sessions overlap in different rooms, flag that early so the coverage plan is realistic.

Make introductions easier.

A short list of key people helps the photographer recognize who matters to the event story. If a group portrait is important, set aside time and nominate someone who can gather the participants. A few planned minutes are more effective than trying to find everyone as they leave.

Discuss delivery before the event.

RS Photography’s corporate event coverage includes 30–40 edited images per hour and delivery within 24–72 hours. If your team has a press deadline or a particular image priority, mention it before booking so we can discuss what is possible. Avoid assuming that a separate same-day selection is included.

Confirm the scope.

Corporate event coverage is $350 per hour with a two-hour minimum. The package includes a private gallery and a commercial-use license for company use; copyright remains with the photographer. Additional requirements should be included in the quote and agreement.

RS Photography serves Atlanta and the entire metropolitan area. See corporate event photography or send your event brief with your date, venue and coverage hours.
